We had a good time staying here. the staff members were friendly and catered well to our needs. - the breakfast was delicious with a variety of Western dishes. - the service was prompt. - the pool area was enjoyable.

Everything was simply amazing. The hotel was clean with customer-focused staff and savoury breakfast. The staff were ready to help and provided lots of information. The rooms were tidy and huge, loved it. The venue has peaceful location close to the bars, the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay, and other main shopping areas and restaurants.

The staff is genuinely helpful, the breakfast is sumptuous. It offers ideal, exceptionally nice location.

Great location in a chill area, super close to other hotels' restaurants. Been coming to China for 5 years and the public beach is right outside the Yalong Bay National Resort area! 🌊

I have booked one of the deluxe villas with private pool. The accomodation was quite good, enjoyed to have a privat pool for my own. The food in common was good and staff was friendly. It is quite nice for relaxing there and get rid of the daily stress.

For a 5 star hotel the service could be better. A lot of staff is not speaking english and in common the service could be more professional.

My husband and I liked the quietness of the resort (aside from a few loud guests) and we enjoyed the beauty and style of it. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was gorgeous and was never very crowded. The American Steak House restaurant was excellent. The resort was very close to the beach and we also enjoyed relaxing there. The rooms were very clean and overall it was peaceful.

We did not care for staff knocking on our door several times a day asking if we wanted things such as 'turn down service' or clothes washed. We had a few issues and it was very difficult to communicate with the staff as they did not know English and were also not very good at Mandarin (my husband can speak it). There wasn't anyone in the resort that really could speak English well enough as you would expect. The buffet dinner was somewhat disappointing and was not what you would expect at an expensive resort. The room, while nice, was also a little less than what we were expecting.

Convenient location by the beach 🏖️ Friendly and attentive staff who offer great service. Breakfast includes Western choices and caters to Europeans. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Close to all the other resorts on the beach

Best beach hotel I ever stayed so far. Comfortable room, nice service, good facilities, private beach In 3-min taxi drive from the hotel you can find many restaurants and a supermarket (near the Crowne plaza hotel).

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and wonderful location right on the beach. It's located in Yalong Bay district, very close to a fantastic Chinese restaurant, the tropical island, and a popular tourist destination. - They offer a delicious and satisfying breakfast at the venue.

Very good for quiet free time.

Our balcony had direct access to the swimming pool. Also there is sofa in the balcony.

the hotel has its own beach but the hotel is not in the see side. there are some small golf cars that you take you to the hotel in every 5-10 minutes. it takes less than 5 minutes to go to the beach but anyway the hotel is not in the beach

The rooms with a balcony, bed, TV, and air-con were all brand-new. the breakfast included was a bonus. - the property's location was unbeatable, close to the bay, restaurant there, and the public beach.

the staff of an international chain hotel should be able to speak english!

the hotel is very beautifull even is it is not on the beach (need few minutes with golf-car).

the staff in my opinion is not up to the level... for example I got an upgrade for the room because the type of room that I booked was not available. The second day the evening around 8 pm while I was going out for dinner they stopped me in the lobby and asked me to move in another room of lower level because now was available... not very kind
